just a quick update

Well it's been soooo long I'm not even sure what to blog about. In fact it has been so long I have forgotten how to make any changes on my blog. Like an updated family picture. The past 17 months, since Sunshine was born, have been a whirlwind. We moved back to my condo last October. (major downsize) Isaiah finished up preschool at First Presbyterian and has since started Kindergarten. He is loving it. Sunshine turned 1 over the summer and is sooo busy. We had Skylar here for 4 weeks in the summer which we always enjoy. Dennis continues to teach tennis and is loving the freedom. We have a great academy with awesome players. (see link under "favorites") I have been busy keeping everybody happy. I'ts a full time job. I hope to figure out this blog thing again. If anything just for the journaling aspect of it. I miss seeing everybody but I'ts always great to catch up via blogs. So sadly we haven't had any real family pictures taken since Sunshine was born so this one of the kids was the best I can do for now.

i'm thrilled to introduce the newest member of our family. what an amazing experience. she was six weeks early but healthy and beautiful. we are really enjoying her. she is still a tiny peanut so we don't get out much but hope to be venturing out a little more pretty soon.

ok i have been on blogging hiatus. how sad that my last post was from the 4th of july. i just wanted everybody to have ample opportunity to enjoy the slide show. actually, i have an even better excuse than that. I AM IN LOVE. now as you are recovering from the shock of that news let me add that I AM GETTING MARRIED. it was a mere 6 weeks ago that i met this wonderful man. i have completely fallen in love with him and can't wait to be his wife. isaiah loves him and he treats us both really well. his name is dennis and he has a 7 yr. old daughter named skylar. isaiah loves her and talks about her everyday. we haven't set a date for the wedding yet but we will let you know. please enjoy the pics from the last 6 weeks of my wonderful life.

4th of July plans?

only 5 more days until the 4th of July. my absolute FAVORITE holiday. this yr. because it happens to fall in the middle of the week we will be staying in town. not looking forward to watching fireworks in the blazing heat. i am however looking forward to hanging out with my family and all of my new friends at fairway terrace. we will be grilling burgers, swimming, relaxing, and getting to know eachother a little better. when the sun goes down we will have our very own fireworks show right in the backyard at the mesa country club. i hear it's a pretty good show. so if you don't already have plans please join us. the fun will begin around 6:00pm.

this is genious! tues night kids night at fazolis. 99 cent kids meal and crafts until 8:00. good crafts. i have been taking isaiah there every week and usually we have friends that join us. super fun for the kids. we go to the one on main and alma school and the girl that does the crafts is soooo nice and super serious about it. isaiah loves her. so join us every tues at fazolis. you won't be disappointed.

i took isaiah to the diamondbacks game last night.
GO D-BACKS! it was a great game and they had fireworks when the game ended. he of course had a hard time sitting still so luckily there weren't a lot of people around us so we had plenty of room to wiggle. i spent most of my time gawking at the players in those sexy white pants.

krystals wedding

this was a lot of of fun. a couple of weeks ago one of my friends from work was getting married. leslie had this great idea of renting a hummer limo so we could all go to the wedding together. we were so excited. leslie arranged for the limo to pick us up at the office at 6:00 sharp so we could be on time for the wedding. as it turns out, apparently not everybody was excited about the limo because only 5 of us showed up. that didn't stop us from having a great time anyway. krystal looked so beautiful.

Disneyland

on monday i decided isaiah and i needed a vacation. maybe it was really only me that needed the vacation. anyhow, i somehow talked my boss into giving me the week off and i got home from work at 5:30, booked a flight online at 6:30, and got on a plane at 7:30 and off to disneyland we went. we had a great time. we met our friends over there and spent 2 days at disneyland and california adventure and 1 day at knotts berry farm. (check out the pics) we are home now and its back to work i go. oh and we also somehow managed to potty train amidst the chaos. HOORAY!! no more poopy diapers.
